We lived in PA for a bit and when we got into Philly this was our spot. This dish is packed full of flavor. Hummus, Lebanese sausage, jalapeno, onions and potato. I miss this one dearly.

So simple yet so incredible. If I had to chose one thing to eat, at any time, this is what I want. Not only is it perfect but I think I also enjoy the fact that one of the GOATs, Anthony Bourdain, loved it too.

When we traveled through England a few years back, we spent a few days in York. My wife wanted to check out this place called Partisan. Cool little spot, but wow, a dish discovery of a life time! I may think about this dish almost every day.
